Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Representative with expertise in the water well industry to join our team in Hopewell, NJ. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of generating leads and closing sales.

Responsibilities:

• Generate new leads through proactive outreach and networking within the water well industry.
• Handle incoming leads promptly and professionally, converting inquiries into sales opportunities.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, providing ongoing support and assistance.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing market penetration and expanding our customer base.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and goals on a consistent basis.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales, preferably within the water well industry.
• Strong knowledge of water well systems and related equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical information clearly and persuasively.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a results-oriented mindset.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

Pay: $57,000.00 - $67,855.00 per year
