Hyve looking for a detail-oriented, hands-on, results-driven individual with proven communication skills and a strong work ethic to work exclusively in the Finance team of its wholly owned subsidiary, Hyve Solutions Corporation. Responsibilities Performs complex account reconciliations. Prepares complex journal entries. Reviews and interprets financial reporting requirements, rules and regulations (GAAP). Prepares complex schedules for financial reporting and audit. Prepares specific segment profit & loss statement for management. Balances books and prepares profit and loss, cash flow, income and balance sheet statements. Prepare complex account analysis. Maintains and monitors internal control policies. Assists in the setup of processes and procedures that properly capture, track and report revenue, including deferred revenue, in accordance with the company revenue recognition policy. Interpret reports and records for managers/stakeholders. Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Networks with senior internal and external personnel in own area of expertise. Normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work, general instructions on new assignments. Qualifications Advanced computer skills – Excel, Word. Advanced general ledger knowledge. ERP system experience required. CPA preferred, not required. MBA or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance. Manufacturing or technology experience is essential. Supply Chain experience is a plus. Proven project management experience. Excellent oral and written communication skills. A “self starter”, able to multi-task effectively. Enjoys working in a multi-cultural environment.
