Returns Supervisor supervises the receipt of goods for return and coordinates return of goods to vendors. Handles defective, discontinued or recalled goods and destroys returned goods as appropriate. Being a Returns Supervisor ensures the returns process follows appropriate procedures and maintains documents as necessary. May require an associate degree or its equivalent. Additionally, Returns Supervisor typically reports to a manager. The Returns Supervisor supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. Thorough knowledge of functional area under supervision. Day to Day :
- Assist the Canvass Manager as needed.
- Daily morning meeting with your team.
- Go door-to-door to introduce the company and what we have to offer to new and existing customers.
- Ability to stand and walk outdoors for an extended period.
- Maintain professional appearance and conduct.
- Able to maintain an energetic and positive attitude.
Requirements and Skills :
- Must be 21 years of age.
- Ability to grow and lead your team.
- Complete a paid basic management course.
Our Canvass Supervisors enjoy :
- Guaranteed base rate of $21.50 / hr.
- Daily and monthly bonus Opportunities.
- Average first-year earnings of $55,000-$75,000 annually.
- Top performers earn over $100,000 annually.
- Continuous investment in leadership and growth opportunities.
Experience & Qualifications :
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written skills.
- Previous marketing experience preferred, but not required.
- Previous leadership / management experience preferred, but not required.
