Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. The Returns Material Handler 2 is responsible for the product flow from returns to final disposition. Responsibilities include the creation and processing of RAs (Return Authorizations) in SAP and Mymediset, determination of product complaints and products to be serviced, monitor the product flow for a fast turnaround, product cleaning, and performing all the necessary system transactions. This position also requires performing standard warehouse activities such as packaging, picking, shipping, and cycle counts. The cleaning/decontamination of the returned products per the standard procedures which requires the use of cleaning solutions. What will you be doing? Determine, monitor, and execute the flow of returned products from RA creation to disposition, including product to complaints and products requiring service. Perform system transactions for material movements, including RA creation, receipts, inventory transfers and shipments. Address and resolve product flow delays with the appropriate departments. Receiving, storing and pick/pack/ship Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts and organized area. Compliant to company policies and procedures, including but not limited to Safety, Quality, Human Resources and I.T. Product cleaning/decontamination Perform other duties as assigned. What will you need to be successful? Education: High School Diploma or GED required Associates or Bachelors Degree in Business or related field preferred Experience: 1 – 2 years of experience in customer services 3 – 5 years in a warehouse environment experience preferred Capable of working independently with minimum supervision and in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational, communication, analytical and time management skills. Quality or Supply Chain knowledge. SAP experienced. Medical Device background preferred Able to work well with local and off site team members. Knowledge of MS Suite. Ability to read small print at different levels of lighting. Capable of working independently and in a fast pace environment. Excellent interpersonal, communication, analytical and time management skills. Able to work well with other team members. Ability to learn new techniques quickly, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records and comply with company policies.
