- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers by showing a friendly, welcoming demeanor and professional appearance

- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends

Qualifications:

- 1 year of previous experience in retail or customer service Preferred

- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively

- Ability to work well in a team environment

- Customer-focused with a positive attitude

- Ability to stand for hours; ability to lift 40 lbs.

- Proficiency in basic computer skills
