**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dynamic Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and customer service, with a focus on providing exceptional shopping experiences to our customers. This is a temporary summer job so it is perfect for students or teachers looking for some extra cash!
**Duties:**
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product information and recommendations to meet customer needs
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point of sale system
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Monitor and replenish merchandise on the sales floor
- Meet and exceed sales targets through upselling and cross-selling techniques
**Requirements:**
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills for processing transactions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Must have open availability in July
- Must be able to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday during the summer)
