Retail Scanning Coordinator jobs in New York

Reproductive Medicine Associates of New York, one of the top fertility centers in the country, is seeking a Scanning and Chart Compliance Coordinator, Scribe.

The coordinator will be responsible for:

• Preparing and scanning patient medical records.
• Ensuring quality assurance and accuracy of documentation and consents.
• Indexing records and images into the electronic medical record system.
• Complete data entry of electronic and handwritten patient information into a patient database.

Requirements:

• High school degree required, associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 1-2 years of related medical experience preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and medical database software is required.

Qualities:

• Strong attention to detail and data entry skills are required for this position.
• Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills are required.

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
