• Utilize strong personal and customer service skills in providing community information to all visitors with primary focus on new prospects
• Knowledge of builder products, sales prices and inventory.
• Maintain prospect data base including inputting new information.
• Maintain realtor data base.
• Participate in weekend marketing events.
• Can distinguish between resident issues and prospect issues. Appropriately refers resident issues to the HOA.
• Demonstrate technology products - interactive map, Verizon FiOS Services, builder displays
• Develop and maintain a positive relationship with builder agents.
• Attend trade shows as requested.
• Report daily activity on computer and track daily activity.
• Assist with social media and events as needed.
• Maintains daily checklist.
• Create, collate, and maintain inventory of marketing materials.
• Other duties may be assigned.
• Ability to work weekends.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and presentation skills.
• Proficient in computer skills: MS Office, MS Access and the Internet.
• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
