We are a casual/fine dining restaurant looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate has a solid background in serving and fine dining.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the General Manager in daily operations on the floor.
• Answering calls, managing reservation flow
• Oversee onboarding and training of new staff.
• coordinate, detail, and execute small events in a 24 person private dining room.
• Work as a server during slower periods
• Foster a positive and professional work environment.

Requirements:

• Proven serving experience in a fine dining atmosphere.
• Great communication skills with guests and team members
• Passion for attention to details, guest interaction, and exceptional service.
• Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations.
