- Responsible for fostering a fun environment
- Responsible for being a gracious host to all guests and co-workers
- Responsible for promoting a positive influence in the community and participating in company-sponsored events
- Increase Company revenue by retention and relationships with VIP Player Base (weekly telemarketing calls and in-person visits)
- Assists in planning/executing of special events to stimulate revenue growth, improve operational costs and enhance service levels
- Devotes significant time being visible and available on the casino floor (during individual visits and special events)
- Assist in resolving guest opportunities or issues, on behalf of the Company, in a fair, professional and equitable manner
- Maintains knowledge of Casino Marketing and Player Development programs/promotions to encourage participation
- Decides and provides complementaries based on factors of recorded play, earned points, and customer profitability
- Utilize Sales Force (CRM) tracking for all player contact, profile preferences and tasks; reviewing all monthly metrics with Management, setting/adhering to quarterly goals, and completing task requirements in a timely manner
- Maintains a high level of confidentiality (including Player information such as contact information and level/frequency of play)
- Establishing relationships with all service departments for purpose of caring for high value/VIP Players
- Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes, and demonstrates superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards and programs
- Maintain compliance with the Gaming Board Rules, Standards and the company's System of Internal Controls and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements
- Work within the guidelines established by the company and completing other duties as assigned

- Must be comfortable initiating conversations and creating a fun environment with our guests
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) from an accredited four-year college or university or commensurate experience required
- Must be proficient in computer programs; prior experience with salesforce.com or casino marketing programs is preferred
- Ability to communicate with internal and/or external guests
- Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations including ability to push, pull, carry and lift up to 25 lbs., and the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas such as confined space

STARTING SALARY
$50,000 per year, plus quarterly bonus plan
