Job Summary
Business Development Center Associate at Ed Rinke Chevrolet Buick GMC is a full-time hourly customer service position. Compensation & Benefits

Responsibilities- Handle customers inquiries and questions in an efficient and accurate manner
- Act as the customer’s advocate, responding to their needs, problems and concerns
- Assist customers with the purchase of vehicles
- Increase customer loyalty and retention
- Build relationships with customers
- Generate leads through digital marketing
- Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) tools
- Ability to connect with customers through use of engaging communication
- Must possess excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Experience in customer service industry is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and use of smart phones and tablets are essential
- High School Diploma or equivalent
