Job Summary :

As a Business Development Coordinator at Ed Martin Nissan of Fishers, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with potential customers, generating leads, and supporting sales efforts to drive business growth.

Your role will be critical in building and maintaining a strong customer base and increasing dealership revenue.

This is a full-time, individual contributor position within the auto industry in Fishers, Indiana.

Compensation & Benefits :

This is a salary plus commission position with competitive pay and benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.

Responsibilities :

• Identify, research, and reach out to potential customers through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions
• Follow up on leads generated through website inquiries, online advertising, and other sources
• Build and maintain relationships with potential customers to convert them into sales opportunities
• Assist sales team in managing and tracking leads through the sales process
• Regularly monitor and analyze market and customer trends to identify new sales opportunities
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to potential and current customers throughout the sales process

Requirements :

• Prior experience in sales, business development, or customer service, preferably in the auto industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Knowledge of automotive industry and products preferred
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
