Position Title: Program Operations Manager, Virtual Hall
Position Status: Full-Time (32 hours a week)
Location: Remote (Candidate must live in VT/MA/WI/OR/TX/IL/MN/CO)

Reports to: Program Director - Virtual Hall

Are you passionate about education and eager to make a positive impact in the lives of students? Virtual Hall is looking for a dedicated and dynamic Program Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will support the Program Director in managing key aspects of our program, overseeing the coaching program, and student case management, all while ensuring alignment with our organization's mission, values, and educational goals.

What You’ll Do:

• Case Management: Provide personalized guidance and support to a caseload of 6-10 students.
• Coaching Program Oversight: Supervise college coaches, ensuring high standards and student success.
• Staff Development and Supervision: Hire, train, and develop new staff in collaboration with HR. Lead and supervise the coaching team.
• Parent Communication and Education: Enhance parent engagement and understanding through effective communication strategies.
• Crisis Management: Manage restorative responses to student challenges, coordinating with external stakeholders.
• Goal Setting and Program Alignment: Lead a student-centered goal-setting process, promoting student success.
• Transition Planning: Oversee annual transition planning and re-enrollment recommendations.
• Professional Development: Provide training and development opportunities in core content areas and evidence-based practices.
• Program Development: Strengthen the Virtual Hall program through documentation and procedural development.
• Administrative Oversight: Develop and manage administrative systems to support program functionality and success.

Qualifications:

• Graduate degree in education, psychology, social work, or a related field.
• Proven experience in student affairs, academic advising, or a related educational field.
• Strong background in supervising teams, particularly in online educational or coaching settings.
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices relevant to the student population served by Virtual Hall.
