Job Description
The Office Manager provides support in many different aspects throughout the office and the business of HPS Rental. This role is multimodal. The Office Manager completes administrative tasks and also acts as Route Supervisor to the route drivers. This individual is responsible for ensuring that the office runs smoothly and efficiently on a day-to-day basis.
Responsibilities
· Answer and direct phone calls.
· Organize and schedule appointments.
· Schedule rentals and coordinate with team members to execute.
· Communicate with route drivers and coordinate routes.
· Provide correspondence through email, memos, etc
· Develop and maintain filing systems.
· Order office supplies as needed.
· Communication with business vendors.
· Develop invoices and statements for customers.
· Provide requested estimates for jobs/orders.
· Reconciling Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
· Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
· Assist with payroll.
· Ensure the highest standards of customer service.
· Plan and facilitate team meetings.
· Communicate and coordinate with supervisors and team members.
· Oversee office operations.
· Represent HPS Rental in a positive light on and off duty.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
· A secondary diploma/degree – Preferred but not required.
· Previous office experience & working knowledge of office equipment
· Excellent customer service skills

· Excellent organizational skills
· Financial management skills (Quickbooks) - Preferred but not required.
· Proficiency in MS Office
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Organized and self-motivated
