Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient workflow within the repair and maintenance department.
• Coordinate and manage the scheduling of equipment inspections, repairs, and overhauls.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and other regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance productivity and service quality.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels of parts and supplies.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
• Train, mentor, and supervise staff to maintain high performance and morale.
• Analyze operational data and generate reports to inform decision-making and strategic planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the construction equipment repair industry.
• Construction Equipment Sales
• Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in using operations management software and tools.
• Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
