Description

As a Sales Performance Manager, you will work in conjunction with the Sales and Development Regional Manager and other Department and Local Management to achieve measurable results in Sales and Customer Service. The Sales Performance Manager is responsible for the Appleton, Green Bay, Mosinee, Madison, and Rhinelander markets.

What you'll do:

• Coach, develop and provide guidance and support to Rental Sales Agents through scheduled Counter Sales (CSI) visits, coaching and feedback, and monthly goal setting.
• Work collaboratively with Location Managers to maximize sales results.
• Utilize sales dashboard and various other tools and reports to track progress and adjust coaching strategies accordingly to drive sales success.
• Provide positive, constructive feedback and motivation to all employees to develop employees to their maximum potential.
• Examine employee’s abilities, strengths and deficiencies in order to develop them accordingly. Communicate this weekly to key management through weekly email visit summaries.
• Benchmark station and individual staff performance to location and company revenue objectives, goals and standards including but not limited to monitoring for pre-planning, fleet availability, sales games, phone standards, sales process, sales logs, and resolving customer issues.
• Maintain a high and consistent level of communication within the Sales and Development Department and all other Departments.
• Facilitate Sales and Development Workshops.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 3 years of proven management experience.
• Previous management or supervisory experience where coaching and / or sales were key elements of your duties.
• Capacity to learn extensive training material and apply daily on the job.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of self-accountability.
• Must be physically able to assist our customers at our rental counter, which will include standing for extended periods of time.
• Must have experience working in a team environment and/or as a support role to other departments and team members.
• Ability to demonstrate The Five Factors of Credibility: Competence, Character, Composure, Courage and Care for People.
• Strong communication skills; ability to interact with both internal and external customers at all levels.
• Ability to coach and motivate staff in a team environment.
• Must be able to travel, work a flexible schedule, and overnight as needed.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
