• Conduct inspections and audits of production processes, materials, components, and finished products or services to identify quality issues, defects, or non-conformities.
• Review specifications, and technical documents to understand quality requirements, tolerances, and acceptance criteria for products or services.
• Perform visual inspections, measurements, and tests using precision tools, equipment, and instruments to verify product dimensions, appearance, and functionality.
• Document and report quality findings, deviations, and corrective actions taken, maintaining accurate records, logs, and inspection reports for traceability and accountability.
• Collaborate with production team, to address quality issues, resolve discrepancies, and implement corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence.
• Monitor adherence to quality standards, work instructions, and regulatory requirements throughout the production process, ensuring compliance with ISO, or industry-specific quality standards.
• Coordinate with auditors, and regulatory agencies during quality audits, inspections, or certifications, providing documentation and support as needed.
• Familiarity with quality standards, regulations, and requirements applicable to the industry, such as ISO standards, and customer-specific quality requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement corrective actions to improve quality and process performance.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in performing inspections, measurements, and tests, ensuring compliance with quality specifications and acceptance criteria.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues.
• Proficiency in using quality control tools and software.

Job Type: Full-time
