Rental Coordinator jobs in South Dakota
Rental Coordinator provides customers with support of all activities throughout the entire rental process and ensures customer satisfaction. Determines customer needs, quotes for requested services, and prepares approved rental agreements. Being a Rental Coordinator maintains records and files, and coordinates billing process. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Additionally, Rental Coordinator typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Rental Coordinator works under moderate supervision. The position of Equipment Associate requires the highest level of customer service at all times. Must possess the knowledge of all rental equipment, including, operation, application, capabilities and limitations. Must understand and be able to explain the following to customers: equipment operation and safety issues, and the customers’ responsibility for the equipment during the rental.
Responsible for ensuring that equipment put on the rental ready line is ready to make a successful rental the next time it is sent out, by cleaning, servicing and testing each piece of equipment according to established service requirements.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Effective communication, multi-tasking and strong teamwork skills
- Diligent attention to safety
- Superior customer service skills
- Ability to frequently lift items up to 45 lbs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $37,750.00 - $60,000.00 per year
