Rehabilitation Services Supervisor is responsible for the day to day operations of the rehabilitation therapy function. Supervises the delivery of therapy programs to patients. Being a Rehabilitation Services Supervisor responsibilities include providing consultation to and monitoring the performance of the rehabilitation staff. Oversees staff and ensures that all policies and procedures are followed as set forth by the health care facility. Additionally, Rehabilitation Services Supervisor requires a bachelor's degree. Summary/Objective:
This position provides supervision for the Environmental Services Department, ensuring quality results. The Environmental Services Supervisor will direct and assist the Environmental Services Director in managing the department staff, meeting with residents and staff. He or she will actively participate in the onsite facility’s goals and objectives. Understands the Forefront Healthcare contract and obligations within the agreement.

The Environmental Services Supervisor stands and walks intermittently throughout the working day, as well as reaches, stoops, bends, lifts, and carries supplies and equipment. The EVS Supervisor must have the ability to work with chemicals/cleaning agents and must be able to lift and/or carry up to 50 pounds (50lbs).
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is an hourly position, with expected hours to include: days, evenings, some weekends, and some holidays.
Preferred Education and Experience:
Previous 1-3 years’ experience in Healthcare or Long-Term Care Management is recommended, but not required.
