The Retail Sales Associate's responsibilities include working closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about our products & rental equipment and recommend the right solutions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily store operations
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales & service
• List and monitor company products via multiple social media platforms
• Compose quotes for customers
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered
• Process Point of Sale purchases, returns, exchanges, and manage financial transactions
• Answer incoming calls
• Assist with inventory including receiving & stocking merchandise; helping with store displays
• REQUIREMENTS
• 2 years experience in retail sales
• QuickBooks experience
• Knowledge & Experience in the Food Service industry is a plus
• Possess strong organization skills
• Proficiency with Google Analytics and web analytics tools
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Office programs
• Must be self-motivated and willing to take direction
• Possess proper phone etiquette
• Possess solid communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in English. Spanish is a plus
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• Basic Math skills
• Team player

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week

Shift:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Retail sales: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• ServSafe (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

• Wilmington, NC 28401: Relocate before starting work (Required)
