Recruiting Supervisor supervises the activities of the employment department. Oversees a company's recruiting programs, policies, and procedures to develop and utilize various sources of potential applicants to fulfill staffing needs. Being a Recruiting Supervisor reviews and approves content and placement of job postings in newspapers, magazines, trade or professional journals, or online media. Maintains relationships with and visits high schools, trade schools, colleges, job fairs, and related venues as part of recruiting efforts. Additionally, Recruiting Supervisor, a level I supervisor is considered a working supervisor with little authority for personnel actions. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Working team member that may validate or coordinate the work of others on a support team. Suggests improvements to process, is a knowledge resource for other team members. Has no authority for staff actions. Generally has a minimum of 2 years experience as an individual contributor. • Lead recruitment efforts for Managerial roles; place job opening ads, attend industry related job fairs, partner with local universities' career center, and manage internal candidate database.
• Identify top candidates for current and prospective clients.
• Follow up with the related clerical aspects of employment.
• Manage various online job boards and the company's career site.
• Manage Applicant Tracking and HRIS.
• Collaborate with key partners weekly on open vacancies.
• "Promote from within" policy, should be, involved in the posting program. Under this program openings at all levels are posted, and employees can apply for any position for which they feel qualified.
• Act as liaison with area employment agencies.
• Work to recruit for positions in operations and management.
• Must be able to passively recruit with a variety of different techniques to attract the right talent.
• Develops new strategies and programs to attract candidates.
• Works closely with hiring managers to share best practices, provide assistance on critical needs.

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. This schedule may change to accommodate the business needs of the company”
Travel
This position requires occasional travel throughout the regions in which we have team members located for training and new client purposes. A valid FL driver's license is required.
Required Education and Experience
• Prior experience in a related position; a minimum of 6 years of experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Working knowledge of computer and associated programs; MS Office Suite.
• Ability to multi-task, set, and manage priorities.
• Excellent written and communication skills.
• Ability to lead a team to execute on the company’s mission.
• Working knowledge of UKG a plus
• Familiar with ATS systems.
