Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Recruiting Sales Manager at WoodmenLife. The Recruiting Sales Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with recruiting sales, including identifying and recruiting potential sales representatives, developing and implementing recruitment strategies, conducting interviews and assessments, providing training and mentorship to sales representatives, and monitoring and evaluating recruitment efforts. The Recruiting Sales Manager will also be responsible for managing and analyzing recruitment data, developing and maintaining relationships with external partners and organizations, and staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
