Compensation

• This is a 100% commission-based opportunity

Requirements

• 5 years of dedicated industry leadership or recruiting experience in a leadership position
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
• Able to work effectively, autonomously, and consistently in a professional, remote office environment
