Job Title: Recruiting Manager
Job Summary: The Recruiting Manager is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive recruiting strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives. This leadership role involves guiding a team of recruiters, managing the full-cycle recruitment process, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and company policies. The Recruiting Manager will also focus on enhancing employer branding, improving candidate experience, and leveraging data-driven insights to optimize recruitment processes and performance.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive recruiting strategy aligned with company goals and objectives.
Provide leadership, direction, and guidance to the recruiting team to ensure alignment with strategic priorities.
Coordinate with Onboarding and HR Directors to ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment plans.
Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top talent.
Develop and implement employer branding initiatives to enhance the organization's reputation as an employer of choice.
Act as a brand ambassador for Takkion, representing its values, culture, and opportunities to prospective candidates.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to recruitment.
Continuously assess and improve the recruitment process to enhance the employee experience and streamline operations.
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in HR, particularly in recruitment.
Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with managers and employees at all levels of the organization.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
