Job Responsibilities
- Review applications and conduct interviews via phone, video, and in-person
- Participate in planning and running hiring events including but not limited to career fairs, high school outreach, etc.
- Extend job offers to selected candidates and negotiate employment terms
- Conduct onboarding tasks and assist with background checks
- Collaborate with hiring managers to determine hiring needs
- Prepare interview questions, position information and skill requirements for open positions
Job Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience
- Onsite 5 days a week
- Must have experience with interviewing others for open positions
- Experience with outbound recruiting and tactics and ways to increase applicant flow that they are able to speak to
- Organized and keen attention to detail

- Self-motivated
