The Northwest Valley Ducks youth football program is part of the Northern Vermont Youth Football League. We are currently looking for coaches for the 7th/8th grade team which is competiting in tackle football in Division 2

**Overview:**

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Football Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in football and coaching, with the ability to motivate and inspire players to achieve their best performance.

**Responsibilities:**

- Develop and implement effective training programs for football players

- Teach players the fundamentals of football techniques, strategies, and rules

- Plan and organize practice sessions to improve player skills and teamwork

- Analyze player performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement

- Motivate and inspire players to work hard, stay disciplined, and exhibit good sportsmanship

- Collaborate with other coaches, staff, and parents to ensure a positive team environment

**Skills:**

- Strong background in football coaching

- Excellent communication and leadership skills

- Knowledge of football techniques, strategies, and rules

- Ability to motivate and inspire players

- Experience in behavior management

- Education or experience in physical education or related fields is a plus
