Responsibilities:- Cultivate relationships with property owners and investors, particularly those in distressed situations.
- Skillfully negotiate deals with property owners and investors to maximize profit potential in every transaction.
- Accurately collect and document information in our CRM system.
- Communicate effectively with sellers, investors, and realtors to ensure smooth transactions.
- Preferably 1 year of sales experience or 1 year of real estate experience.
- No prior experience required; we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn.
- Strong negotiation skills and a knack for closing deals.
- Excellent phone etiquette and sales skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
