Provides legal advice to an organization, prepares resolutions and forms, and participates in major legal actions. Being a Real Estate Attorney requires a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school. Requires admittance to a state bar. Additionally, Real Estate Attorney typically reports to the top legal executive/general counsel. The Real Estate Attorney occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Responsibilities :
- Work closely with marketing to develop new creative promotional intiatives
- Manage the activities and performance of the sales team
- Organize and administer training for the sales team
- Aid in creating budgets
- Oversee market research to remain competitive
Qualifications :
- Problem analysis and problem-solving
- Strong technology background with the ability to learn and master new software
- Proven organizational and planning ability
- One year of experience as a sales manager / team leader role is preferred
