What You'll Do
The Rating Account Representative is responsible for servicing an assigned set of accounts for a single line of business. This position acts as a point of contact between agents, insureds, inter-office departments, and workers’ compensation bureaus, as well as performs administrative and customer service duties regarding new and renewal accounts that will assist to ensure the operations and underwriting process is handled efficiently and accurately. This entry-level position offers a hybrid working schedule. After an initial training period, the hybrid schedule is a full week in the office, then a full week working remotely.

The typical starting salary range for this role is determined by a number of factors; including, but not limited to - qualifications, relevant education, certifications, experience, skills, performance, travel requirements, and business or organizational needs.
