Radio Frequency Engineer jobs in Texas

We are currently seeking an RF Engineer for a Direct Hire opportunity. This position will be located in Midland, TX. Below is the job description, please apply now if interested.

• Act as the subject matter expert in RF communication systems, especially transceivers and filters.
• Lead the integration and validation processes for satellite RF systems, including both the Q/V band gateway link and lower frequency user link systems.
• Manage key supplier relationships and collaborations for RF system components and services.
• Develop and execute detailed RF system test plans and protocols.
• Collaborate with the testing team to review test results, investigate non-conformances, and drive issue resolution.
• Coordinate with RF design, algorithm, and software/firmware teams to ensure cohesive development and troubleshooting practices.
• Experience in RF component and system-level design, including PCB implementations.
• Demonstrated ability to perform deep-dive debugging across RF, hardware, and software domains.
