As the Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the front office operations, as a part of an efficient and well developed administrative team. Smith Psychological Services is a busy, multi-clinician office which engages in a wide array of psychological services to varied populations. We are looking for a Full-time Front Office Manager that is friendly, efficient, and detail oriented, with good time management skills, flexibility, and knowledgeable in Office Suite applications. Duties include but are not limited to greeting clients, preparing daily and weekly tasks for clinicians, scheduling clients, relaying information between clients and providers and all other duties as assigned.
