The successful candidate will be reliable, friendly, have a pleasant phone manner, and thrive in a team-based environment. Ability to multi-task, see what has to been done and tackle it and have good computer skills a must. Duties include helping customers with their accounts, answering phones, responding to emails, following up with customer requests and working with our team in our customer retention efforts. This is a great opportunity to become part of a growing and fun team.

This position is full-time Monday – Friday from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm at our West Lebanon office with benefits that include: paid vacation, sick and personal time, 401(k), medical, dental, life and voluntary insurances.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
