Investigates potential property acquisitions or dispositions. Being a Property Acquisitions Manager performs or facilitates inspections and assessments of possible property acquisitions. Monitors market trends and competitor activities. Additionally, Property Acquisitions Manager structures and negotiates purchase or leasing agreements. Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Property Acquisitions Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Job Summary:
The property manager is responsible for oversight of the day to day operations of a portfolio of properties. They will provide support and management for the properties and the rest of the team. Responsibilities include monitoring rent collections and delinquencies, lease enforcement, coordination with the maintenance department, resident and investor relationships, annual operating budget creation, auditing financial reports and working closely with local and state housing compliance departments. The property manager is expected to maintain and enhance the value of the real estate assets, in order to maximize the investors's financial return, and for the benefit of the residents and the community. Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
-At least two years of Property Management or Property Maintenance experience
- Candidates must be upbeat, friendly, tech-savvy, and team players
- Must have a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle
- Must be able to interact with co-workers, supervisors, residents, and the general public in a professional and pleasant manner
