Senior Project Manager/Project Architect manages the project through all phases of the project. PM/PA works closely with the Project Director or Interior Project Director and the design staff. The PM/PA is responsible for the quality of work on the project, maintaining project deadlines, and coordination of the work of the staff and consultants. Project Architect requires a state license.
Responsibilities:
Managing predesign ensuring owner provided items are provided
Assigning project tasks to the project team
Point of contact for the Client, keep the client informed of all project developments
Maintaining the project plan
Design of the project
Ensure accurate and complete As-builts
Site Analysis
Ensure owner program requirements are defined and met
Coordination with the consultant team
Specifications
Life Safety and Code review; compliance with code requirements
Delivery of the project as per the approved schedule
Design Development Phase of the project
Construction Documents Phase of the project
Managing consultant meetings and coordination
Addressing comments from the AHJ during permitting
Manage and completing the bidding process
Work with the Construction Administrator during construction to maintain quality of the project
Participate in project closeout
Participate in Business Development
