    What You'll Do

    • Work alongside Project Managers, Superintendents, and Field Trades on unique construction projects that directly impact the community.
    • Gain experience in both office and field settings, with a variety of tasks.
    • Manage project materials by ordering, securing deliveries, and tracking quantities.
    • Review and process critical documents like submittals, RFIs, and other project communication.
    • Provide support to Project Managers and Superintendents in various areas.
    • Maintain a deep understanding of project plans, specifications, requirements, and contracts.
    • Assist with document control, estimating, correspondence, expediting, problem-solving, labor cost reporting, and scheduling.
    • Collaborate with Project Managers and Estimators during the buy-out process.
    • Coordinate with subcontractors for on-time and accurate material deliveries.
    • Prepare and distribute project communication such as submittals, RFIs, meeting minutes, and more.
    • Continuously learn and implement industry best practices and innovative solutions.
    • Ensure adherence to all federal and state safety regulations while managing project safety risks.
    • Approach problems creatively and utilize available resources to find solutions.
    • Champion the company's commitment to integrity and ethical conduct, fostering the same for the entire team.

    Who You Are

    • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering (preferred).
    • Possess excellent computer skills with proficiency in MS Office, Procore, and OpenSpace.
    • Demonstrate an unwavering commitment to safety practices.
    • Combine a creative and results-oriented approach with a strong sense of urgency and self-motivation.
    • Excel at problem-solving with an adaptable and flexible style for collaborating with diverse personalities.

    Work Environment & Physical Requirements

    • Works in a field and office setting on a regular basis; most time will be spent at the job site with a designated workspace in the job site trailer/office.
    • Requires ability to sit or stand for an extended period of time.
    • Field work may include adverse weather, loud working conditions, and high levels of activity.
    • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) must be worn on the job site.
