The Project Controls Manager typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget.     • Play an integral role in the installation, service, start-up, and programming of control systems across various commercial projects, ensuring technical excellence and client satisfaction.
    • Utilize AutoCAD skills to create, revise, and review project designs and schematics, ensuring accuracy and adherence to specifications.
    • Actively engage in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to control systems to ensure efficient and successful project execution.
    • Contribute to maintaining detailed and comprehensive documentation on project progress, changes, and outcomes for effective communication and record-keeping.
    • Develop and maintain effective communication with clients and stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and fostering strong, trusting relationships.

    Qualifications:
    • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in building automation controls, showcasing successful project management capabilities.
    • Proficiency in AutoCAD for developing and modifying technical drawings and schematics.
    • Solid knowledge of commercial building automation systems, including their installation, servicing, start-up, and programming.
    • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred.
    • Certifications in industry-standard systems such as Tridium, Niagara, or N4 highly regarded.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to efficiently juggle multiple projects.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration and client engagement.
