Company Overview
Our client is a leading company specializing in commercial electrical construction projects. We are looking for a skilled Project Accountant to contribute to their success on a permanent, direct placement basis. The salary range for this position is $70,000 to $80,000 depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Process purchase orders and AIA billing
- Conduct job costing activities
- Utilize Sage 300/Timberline systems
- Perform full cycle accounting tasks
- 5 years of general accounting experience
- Strong background in construction accounting
- Preferably experienced with Sage 300/Timberline systems
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word and Excel) and job cost accounting software
- Ability to work effectively in an office environment. This is not a remote position
