A Regional Skilled Nursing Facilities management team is currently seeking a Regional Director of Business Office. This executive level position is responsible to provide guidance, training and support to Business Office Staff.
Responsibilities
Provide guidance, training, and support to Business Office staff.
Will provide back-up support during business office vacancies.
Maintain an ongoing list of Medicaid pending/status – follow up w/SNF’s monthly.
Conducts various audits in relation to Payroll, HR, AP, and AR
Extensive travel to each assigned facility
All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Must have experience in long term care business office functions.
Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid billing procedures
Experience in Payroll, HR, and AP preferred.
Must be highly organized with strong verbal and written communication skills.
