Job Summary:

As a Director of Business Development and Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our organization’s growth strategies and community presence. Operating at the intersection of leadership and hands-on business development and marketing expertise, you will lead a team to deliver exceptional results and contribute significantly to our growth.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire a team of business development professionals, providing strategic guidance and fostering a culture of excellence.
• Develop and implement comprehensive business development and marketing strategies to drive organizational growth.
• Identify and establish strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, clients, and industry influencers.
• Maintain an active and competitive website platform, along with multiple social media platforms.
• Provide regular reports and insights to senior management, highlighting key business development metrics and areas for improvement, development, or growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the alignment of business development and marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
• Utilize market research and data analytics to adapt business strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
• Oversee the development of compelling business proposals and presentations.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies that enhance referrals, strengthen recruitment, and reach greater populations.
• Community event oversight, planning, participation, and promotion.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a successful Director of Business Development and Marketing or in a related leadership role.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a business development and marketing team to achieve and exceed targets.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Results-oriented with a track record of driving business growth.
• Bachelors Degree in Business or Marketing, Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience will count in lieu of education.
• Experience with Home Health, Hospice and/or Healthcare highly preferred.
