As a Glacier Zipline Guide, you will have the opportunity to lead and educate guests on thrilling zipline adventures while showcasing the beauty of the glacier. This is a unique and exciting role for those who enjoy outdoor activities and interacting with people from all over the world.
Duties:
- Conduct safety briefings and provide instruction on ziplining techniques
- Lead groups on zipline tours, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants
- Educate guests about the local environment, wildlife, and glacier formations
- Communicate effectively with guests, answering questions and providing assistance as needed
- Demonstrate leadership skills by guiding and supervising guests throughout the tour
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times
- Assist with equipment setup, maintenance, and inspections
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures
Qualifications:
- Strong public speaking skills to deliver engaging and informative tours
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, as we cater to an international clientele
- Ability to educate and communicate effectively with diverse groups of people
- Demonstrated leadership skills in guiding and supervising groups
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
