    About The Role

    Reporting to the Corporate Mortgage Business Administration Manager, the Corporate Mortgage Business Administration Specialist provides administrative support related to our systems and vendors, and to our Division Banks, Corporate Secondary Marketing, and Corporate Mortgage Loan Servicing.

    This is a Corporate position which may be located at an available bank division location across our eight state footprint in AZ, CO, ID, MT, NV, UT, WA, or WY. The entry rate for this position is $17.97 /hour (calculated for Kalispell, MT).

    All compensation offers are analyzed individually and take into consideration multiple factors including but not limited to geographic location, years of experience, and educational background.

    Description

    • Administer third party vendor systems and user access to systems to include MERS, Investors, Government Agencies, MI companies, Credit Report agencies, and Mercury. Work directly with Division users on system questions or issues. Perform required system reconciliations. Participate in new software testing and upgrades. Complete annual Vendor Due Diligence reviews on our vendors and system providers.
    • Process vendor payments.
    • Provide administrative support as needed to our Corporate Secondary Marketing and Mortgage Loan Servicing departments.
    • Work with mortgage business constituents to identify organizational needs.
    • Participate in merger & acquisition conversions for a successful addition to the Glacier Family of Banks.
    • Must comply with all company policies and procedures and all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control. Must complete the assigned online training courses and achieve a passing score by due date.
