Residential Maintenance Production Manager

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Residential Maintenance Production Manager to oversee and manage the day-to-day maintenance operations for our residential properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property maintenance, excellent organizational and leadership skills, and a proven ability to manage a team effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of maintenance technicians and subcontractors.
• Assign tasks and projects, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to enhance team performance.
• Oversee all aspects of residential property maintenance, Spring and Fall Cleanups,Weekly mowing, Plant and lawn healthcare.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure the timely completion of routine and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Work closely with the finance department to develop and manage the maintenance budget.
• Monitor expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure the cost-effective delivery of maintenance services.
• Implement and enforce quality control standards for all maintenance work.Conduct regular inspections to ensure all maintenance tasks meet or exceed established standards.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Provide training to maintenance staff on safety procedures and best practices.
• Maintain open and effective communication with property managers, residents, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.Qualifications:Proven experience in residential property maintenance management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety protocols.
• Familiarity with maintenance software and systems.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Budget management experience.Education and Experience:- Minimum of 3 years of experience in residential maintenance management.Benefits :

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
