Being a Production Control Clerk tracks status of customer orders and production schedules to identify issues or delays and coordinates with stakeholders to expedite orders and resolve problems. Inputs and maintains production data in ERP, MRP, or other databases. Additionally, Production Control Clerk requires a high school diploma. Typically reports to a manager. The Production Control Clerk works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. Job Summary : EMCOR Government Services is seeking a Production Control Clerk (PCC) at our General Services Administration (GSA) Operations, Maintenance, Custodial and Related Services FBI Central Records Complex (CRC) contract in Winchester, VA.
This position will assign, compile and record production data in N / CMMS to compare records and reports on volume of production, consumption of material, quality control and other aspects of facility maintenance, janitorial and IDIQ.
The PCC reports directly to the FBI-CRC Operations Manager. Must have or be able to obtain a Top Secret Security Clearance
The candidate will be a well-rounded resource for customer service, Maximo-CMMS, financial reporting, administrative support, timekeeping, AP / AR, scheduling / coordinating meetings, and reports / analysis.
The candidate will maintain a close, highly responsive, and professional relationship with the day-to-day activities of the FBI-CRC management team.
The candidate will be expected to work independently, receiving minimal detailed supervision and guidance from supervisory staff.
