Being a Product Design Director assists in the determination of project milestones and timelines. Ensures team meets project milestones and completes projects within the established timeline. Additionally, Product Design Director evaluates issues, provides resolution, and communicates to management. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Product Design Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be a Product Design Director typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments. **Position:** Admissions/Marketing Director
**Location:** Academy of Hair Design, 2501 West Memorial Rd. STE 229, Oklahoma City, Ok. 73134
**Job Type:** Full-Time 32-40 hours per week (Tuesday-Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, occasional Mondays. Insurance optional.

The Academy of Hair Design is a premier institution dedicated to providing top-notch education and training in the field of cosmetology. We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an Admissions/Marketing Director.
**Job Description:**
The Admissions/Marketing Director will be responsible for managing and overseeing the admissions process, developing and implementing marketing strategies, and promoting the academy to prospective students. This role requires a proactive individual with strong administrative and marketing skills to help grow our institution.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage the admissions process from initial inquiry to enrollment.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract prospective students.
- Coordinate and conduct tours, open houses, and information sessions.
- Maintain and update student records and database.
- Collaborate with the education team to ensure a seamless admissions experience.
- Develop marketing materials, including brochures, social media content, and website updates.
- Analyze market trends and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
- Build and maintain relationships with local high schools, community organizations, and other potential referral sources.
**Qualifications:**
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative assistance and/or admissions experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Passion for education and the beauty industry.
**Schedule:**
- Full-time: Tuesday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- Some occasional Mondays may be required.
