ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES

 Utilize an on-line workflow software to manage the packaging design approval process for all branded and

private label products.

 Work effectively with all workflow participants to gain quick approvals as needed through the process to

keep things moving on a condensed timeline.

 Utilize graphic design software such as Adobe Illustrator to edit .ai files and generate .pdf files for various

packaging designs.

 Utilize graphic design software to generate 3D images of a packaging item (can, bag, etc.) with the updated

label or design applied.

 Interface with various internal departments (such as Purchasing, Marketing and R&D) as well as external

suppliers (creative design firms, pre-press companies, label printing companies, etc.) to gather, document

and communicate information regarding packaging requirements and details.

 Manage the file structure for all active, archived and pending digital assets, ensuring that the correct files

are being used on press by our packaging printers.

 Work with packaging printers to establish printing standards and enforce compliance to those standards.

 Audit invoices from pre-press companies to ensure that billing is correct.

 Other responsibilities as directed by Management.
