Fast growing furniture company is seeking a highly organized and outgoing Inside Sales & Customer Service Associate. This position works closely with our Outside Sales Associates and their clients to provide an excellent customer service experience, ensure smooth operations, and achieve sales goals. Additionally, Inside Sales Associates are responsible for managing and driving sales from their own dedicated list of existing house accounts. This position offers a unique and exciting mix of sales, customer service, and administrative functions—perfect for someone who grows restless doing the same thing all day.
The ideal candidate will be energetic, fun loving, and eager to master the detailed aspects of our business. Experience in the custom upholstery and/or home industry is preferred, but not required. This is an entry level position but offers significant opportunity for growth within our organization. Position is available immediately. DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide support to Outside Sales Associates and Senior Management Team
-Serve as primary client contact for product questions and order placement
-New client onboarding, set up, and training (in person and via Zoom)
-Conduct in person meetings and showroom tours
-Detailed order entry
-Prepare quotes for custom orders
-Prepare and submit regular sales reports to Senior Management Team
Manage and drive sales from an existing book of house accounts
-Conduct regular outreach to build rapport and deepen relationships with existing clients
-Follow up with leads provided by the Senior Management Team
-Identify and research prospective new clients
-Outreach to prospective new clients
