Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Nursing to oversee our nursing department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in home care, nursing, and Medicare regulations. As the Director of Nursing, you will be responsible for leading a team of nurses and ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents.

Duties:
- Provide leadership and guidance to the nursing staff
- Oversee the development and implementation of care plans
- Conduct documentation reviews to ensure compliance with regulations
- Manage medical records and ensure confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA guidelines
- Advocate for resident rights and quality of care
- Utilize your physiology knowledge to assess and address residents' health needs

Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse (RN) license required
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a healthcare setting
- Strong understanding of Medicare regulations and reimbursement processes
- Ability to review and interpret care plans and medical records effectively
- Knowledge of resident rights and HIPAA regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Skills:
- Experience in home care nursing
- Familiarity with developing and implementing care plans
- Proficiency in reviewing medical documentation
- Understanding of Medicare guidelines and reimbursement procedures

Pay: $90,888.39 - $120,897.85 per year
