Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and creative Director of Marketing to develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on marketer capable of managing all aspects of our marketing initiatives. As the sole marketing professional to start, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, from graphic design and content creation to managing online advertising and social media platforms. As the company grows, you will play a key role in building and leading a marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design & Branding: Create and design logos, marketing materials, flyers, brochures, and business cards.

Digital Advertising: Manage Google Ads, Yelp, Angie’s List, and other third-party marketing platforms. Handle pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.

Social Media Management: Develop and manage content for all social media channels. Create and schedule posts, engage with followers, and track social media performance.

Email Marketing: Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to engage our audience and drive conversions.

SEO & Website Management: Oversee website design, maintenance, and optimization. Implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.

Marketing Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to support business objectives. Create and manage marketing budgets and track ROI on all marketing expenses.

Content Creation: Produce high-quality content for various channels, including blog posts, newsletters, social media, and advertisements.

Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics. Use data to optimize marketing strategies and improve results.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

5 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on digital marketing.

Proven experience in graphic design and content creation.

Proficiency in managing Google Ads, social media platforms, and other digital marketing tools.

Strong understanding of SEO best practices and website management.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong Analytical Skills And Experience With Marketing Analytics Tools.

Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in a small business or startup environment.

Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp or Constant Contact.

Knowledge of CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
