Christian Edwards seeks an E-Commerce  Project Coordinator with order entry/management experience to join our team. CE is a commercial print shop specializing is offset, digital, wide format and apparel printing.

Job Summary:

The E-Commerce Project Coordinator will work with the Sales and Website Architects to manage print and promotional products web store orders. Ensuring end users have an efficient and positive customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Order submission for projects and tracking orders to maintain deadlines for print, promo and apparel.
• Manage par inventory levels on site items that quick ship, to ensure clients have stock at all times.
• Collaborate with product vendors to obtain required information and updates on orders.
• Collaborate with promo/apparel team to obtain updates on inventory replenishment order.
• Help customers build their account profiles and sometimes place orders to make their online shopping experience as easy as possible.
• Phone handling - Inbound & Outbound calls.
• Provide excellent customer service as needed to customers, co-workers, and vendors. (In-person, email, chat, and telephone).
• Must be able to work efficiently and effectively within a team environment.
• Monthly reporting to accounting for invoicing & monthly reporting to clients for inventory and user information.
• Keeping client notes updated so team coverage is seamless between clients.
• Working with Website Architects to maintain usernames, spending accounts & product updates on your client sites.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of related experience
• Intermediate Data Entry Skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Learn and demonstrate proficiency using the company’s ecommerce system software
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Must maintain a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Must demonstrate strong organizational and data management skills
• Must demonstrate Professional Phone Etiquette and customer service skills
• Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
• Print and promotional product knowledge a plus!
