Every team member must be able to fulfill the responsibilities below.
Requirements- Backroom Organizing – clean and organize backroom.
- Fast & Friendly Service – engaging our customers with friendly service.
- Managing – manage overstock levels and upkeep of department conditions.
- Order Writing – write orders for grocery aisles only (no pre-book orders).
- Stocking Freight – unloads, organizes, and rotates. All pallets are off the floor by 9 am. Carts used for stocking.
- Facing – face aisle daily, labels toward customer, straight & neat.
- Keeping Clean – ability to dust or clean shelves and products.
- Product Knowledge – knowledgeable about all of the products in the grocery department and can comfortably make recommendations.
- Strong & Fast – must be able to life 80 lb. boxes, work freight, and set department by deadlines.
- Using cutter – cut boxes and unload product to shelf.
- Must be able to work between the hours of 5:00 am to 5:00 pm with weekends & holidays.
